Parking is horrible

Parking has never been a problem in the past because all of the apartments have never been filled at once. NOW, its a nightmare, if you come back to University Terrace after 9pm . . good luck finding a parking space, its damn near impossible on any night of the week. And if you're even thinking about coming back later than midnight, well you're gonna have a hike on your hands because all the parking on the street will be full as well as most of terrace view. I guess you really do get what you pay for.
