I agree with the person below. There is a real serious problem with parking in University Terrace. I've been towed before which is ridiculous because I am paying rent here and was promised adequate parking. Burnetterealtors.com decided to recently change all of the parking rules, so residents are no long promised a parking spot. Also just like any other college Realtor, when you're lease is up they try and stiff you with ridiculous extra costs that they know you'll blindly pay.
