I like living at University Terrace. It is a kinda place undergraduate should live in- close to campus, direct on the bus route, sufficient parking for tenants(not for guests though), safe and pretty affordable too. On top of this, you have washer/ dryer in unit and which makes your life really easy.

I have been living here for more than 2 years and never had any serious problem about anything. Management(mine is a rental management company) fix things very quickly and also comes up for a regular check.
