I lived at the Village for 4 years and enjoyed every experience. They have ample parking which is nice in this town. The room are furnished which makes it nice when moving in and out not to haul a bunch of stuff up to college. Individual rents and ceiling fans are key. There are two different phases (phase I and phase II) Phase I was built in the late 90's and Phase Two was built a couple years later. They have different perks and drawbacks (ex: bigger closets in phase One and bigger kitchen in phase Two). I would recommend living here.

Huh? I started going to Tech in the late 90s and College Park (as it was called then) had already been around for years at that point. My boss remembers the huge block parties that college kids held there back in the early 90's. So at least part of it was already constructed back then. The complex was renamed "The Village" in 2000 or 2001.
