Alright, the village is a cool place to live, lots of stuff going on, right on the bus route, etc, but it sucks when it comes to the actual ownership and stuff. Maintenence is horrible, they respond quickly sometimes but are inept at diagnosing and fixing the problems. We put in a work order for air conditioning, they came out, told us we froze it, and told us to run the fan for 24 hours, did it, AC is still to this day (months later) inoperable. Told us they would repair a hole in the sink and never came back. Furnished furniture is cheap and easily damaged with minimal abuse. Amenities are fine, appliances in phase 2 are a little old and the stove is off and on at least in my unit. Overall, this is a cool place to be if you have a lot of friends here or party here a lot, but not the best managemnet around. And watch your car, sometimes they tow even with a pass.
