If you choose to live at the Village first you might want to think about how much noise you can take. If you can take constant partying and bass coming from above or below, The village would be a great choice. I would say that the village has to be one of the worst communities in Blacksburg when it comes to noise. The staff doesn't really care about your problems even thought they swear up and down in their handbook that they are here for you and enforce rules and policy. Parking can also be an issue if you are coming back to the village past 10 any night but especially weekends. The village is not a place for anyone who values their school work but those that value partying will find it a viable place to live.
