I first became aware of this noteworthy apartment complex when I was a graduate student at Virginia Tech from 1977-1981. I always wanted to live at Windsor Hills. Now, 30 years later I am a new resident at Windsor Hills and have been very pleased at the overall experience. My apartment was completely redone and it feels safe and solid. The views are spectacular and the grounds have a lot of eye appeal. I really like the staff at Windsor Hills and their maintenance is excellent. The bus service is early and often, parking is wonderful, and the residents have seemed very nice.
