Terrible. Don't live here. The parking situation is horrible, the towing companies are absolutely absurd. You'll have obnoxiously loud neighbors, and the interiors are not that great. Maintenance takes forever to fix things as well.

A definite mistake to rent Poor management. Poor maintenance. Nasty landlords. Not enough parking spaces for half of the rental spaces. Very loud complex most nights and weekends. Not a good place for a serious college student to live.

Don't let past history cloud your judgment The construction is over and the place is beautiful; it's unfortunate that apartments were not finished as scheduled, but now that things are done, I beleive this will be the place to be. I was here this fall and could hear the cannons fire
