Upkeep and Managment issues.

Later due to space issues I moved into a 3 bed 2 baths. Parking was better, but I have issues with the upkeep. First the floors were bad when I moved in. I counted at least 5 soft spots, one got large after a few months. I ask for them to repair it and they informed me I needed to move out all my living room and dinning room furniture, OK where do I move it too' So I have been there for a year and a half with this problem not having time to look to move.

Now I am leaving because the rent goes up and up and up for us renewing where the price to move in is hundreds less. That is total BS.

Also the management mad policy changes and unsigned contract changes without informing my roommate or me. The worst was a 10% late fee for not paying by the 1st when there was a 5-day leeway before. They tried to fine me until I showed them my signed contract with the leeway. It was a pain in the ass.
