I have lived in this apartment complex for almost two years and I like it very much. I read the other reviews on this sight and they are so frivolous and whiny! So someone owes $12, pay it and get over it! Is $12 going to break you' Also, there was a shooting under you' I lived here when that incident occured and management answered my questions to the best of their ability, they even showed me a police report on the incident but honestly how were they suppossed to control that' Management is not in charge of preventing criminal activity, that is for the county poice department to take care of and crime happens every where, in all neighborhoods, not just here. I have never felt unsafe in this neighborhood, no matter what they hour. Also, I have lived in many apartment complexes in this county and I have never lived in one where the bedrooms were as big as they are here and a washer and dryer were actually in my apartment, and not those stackable things but a real washer and dryer. Maintenance always fixes whatever is broken, and my heat did go out, and I got a new heating system. Just to let everyone know, heat cannot be fixed in the dead of winter because freeon cannot be put into a system in the cold, the chemical simply will not move. I learned this from a boyfriend who worked for an HVAC company so whiny neighbor with the broken heat that probably explains why your heat was not fixed right away, you should really educate yourself about things before complaining. I like it here, and I like the staff, and I love my apartment. Get a life whiny neighbors, nothing is ever 100% perfect, but they are pretty darn good here.

Hmmm....sounds like someone is on payroll. Reviews like yours are as big red flags as the bad ones, buster.

I assume that your $12 comment refers to the reviewer who disputed the 10% late fee charged before the end of the grace period? I would love the name of the person who negotiated your lease for you, since it would seem that he or she is a very shrewd businessperson having negotiated a $120 monthly rent payment for you! ($12 is 10% of $120, for anyone who did not pass 3rd grade math!)
