Man, some of the people complaining really need to get a life, if you want the Taj, pay more money and get out. Mike, the property manager, can be a bit of an ass. However, if you are straight with him and you have your ducks in a row, he will address your issues. The Maintenance crew always responds within 24 hours, most times, the same day. The only issue I have ever had, they fixed. Once the cashed my rent check, and then while I was on vacation, put an eviction notice on my door for not paying the rent. I called up, raised hell about credit ratings and what not. They apologized and gave me a $50 Giant food card. Like I said, if you have your ducks in a row, they take care of your issues. If you just like to ----- and you make a habit of it, Mike will put you on the pay no mind list, as would I.
