Nothing Luxury about it! Lots of money spent of landscape, don't let that fool you.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
Management-Yup, most of the time they sit around with their thumb up there ass.
Service-Repair, where, what' There is none. And when they do take a dead appliance out, they just put it in another apartement.
Carpet-yup, lots of sagholes from, well I am not sure.
Stripped bath tubs.
Banging pipes
Old, old appliances.
Try and break your lease, you can with a 60 day notice, but you still have 2 pay additional 2 months rent in order to leave.
Sagging stairs
Siding falling off.
