Be care full. I did not pay attention to the reviews here and i too got scammed. Like other reviews here the apartments are in a horrible condition. When a tenant moves out they just "touch up" the apartment to look good on first sight. Its only when you move it and have had a closer look, everything is just super glued in place. A week after we moved in, the ceiling started crumbling, bugs crawling out from the holes in the wood door way and walls, leaking in the bathroom and kitchen, appliances are 100 years old !!! they told us they will install new appliances if these fail but that is yet to be seen. noisy kids all over the place, dog poop everywhere, horrible a/c ( takes hours to cool so your electricity bill goes up ), does not have Gas for cooking or heating so that much more electricity bill and the biggest of all - everything has a fee or a fine. late in paying rent by one day, 10% fine. and tons of other fees. So even though they list the rent low now, by the time you leave , you have paid enough money as you would live in a good quality apartment. I recommend you find a better apartment.
