Extra fees are ridiculous...grounds/apts are falling apart - I was very excited to move in here last year & we loved it for about 3-4 months. Having to renew my lease this year just depressed us. I cannot wait to move next year. This place is a MESS...it is GROSS. The buildings and walkways need to be cleaned. The moldy green moss on the outside of the buildings is everywhere.
