Prison Camp I am a frequent guest here at Eagle Harbor and have seen SO much negativity. Not just personally, but also from talking with other tennants on a regular basis. I was totally embarrassed, when I was a guest in my friends home and we found ourselves harassed by the "off"

Great Apartments! I have lived in other luxury apartments in the hampton roads area and Eagle Harbor is the best I've seen. It is only a few years old and very clean. The management staff here is the best I have ever dealt with. They are very proactive with any suggestions or requests you have.
