I lived at Bent Tree from 1999-2002 and I am so glad I moved out of there. It was ok at first but I realized soon enough that I should have looked around more. I did not like maintenace at all-they were creepy looking and rude. The construction project took forever and my balcony looked worse than it did before. They only replaced a few of the boards and there were nails sticking up all over. The parking lot lights did not always work and there was so much crime in the area. Whenever maintenace came in to fix something and I wasn't home-they would leave a mess. In all the time I lived there-I was only late once with my rent and they wouldn't waive the fee for having such a great tenant. I would not recommend this apartment complex when there are so many nicer ones in the area. It's not worth the money.
