- The oven is about 20 degrees above what it is supposed to be but they never fixed it.
- It tooks us 3 calls to get them to replace the dishwasher and that was only because it ended up leaking.
- We have a consistent ant problem and we NEVER leave food out or uncovered.
- Landscaping is good in some places, non existent in others.
- Neighbors have a tendency to be LOUD!
- Exercise room is always too warm.
- Resident services never calls to tell you that you have a UPS or Fedex package.
- The management have really poor communication with the community. They built a dog park but never bothered to tell anyone they were going to build it. During the hurricane they gave out potentially deadly information on how to take cover during a tornado, so they don't research anything.
- I doubt anyone stays over a year because they lure you in with a special then jack up the price a few hundred bucks if you stay longer.
- It took them 4 months to get us a garage when we had been promised one in June.
- The pool lifeguards were a joke, they smoked and slept and you never needed your pool pass to get in. Also the kids at the pool constantly splashed and ran around and they did nothing about it.
- The internet in the business center never works.
- The electric sucks as you can't run two hair dryers at once or vacuum without blowing a fuse.

Bottom line - Don't rent here.
