I have to admit that every single comment made by all the past tenents on this rating page is true. Whoever moves into my apartment should see a major improvement as we paid $1075.00 in damage costs after we moved out. We did break and where charged for the wal-mart purchased blinds that come with the apartment in each of the bedrooms, caution on the first pull because it will happen to you. There is so mich paint on the walls that after our first month the paint on the doors began to bubble and droop, oh yeah, we got charged for that. The compressed board counter tops in the kitchen expanded from water, charged. $50.00 for a new access card to the pool. The carpet was the big one, we paid to half of what it takes to carpet the whole apartment. Part off the damage was from the leak next door that came through the walls. The maintenance guys came in, ripped up the carpet and where never seen again. We lived without closet doors in both rooms for two years as they would fall off the tracks each time we opened them. We would have moved out after the first year but had too much money in instalation of phones, cable etc.. A few more notes: Car towed without notice, jewelery missing after the maintenance guys came in, noise and smells from other apartment is appauling, rude, rude, rude staff, not a good place for kids, installed water meters in the house while we occupied the facility so they could charge, some crime, very old and outdated apartments for the price, It was a chapter in our life that we can look back on and say "remember when we lived at bent tree" as if it was the low point. Be cautious, they are money hungry and charge for every little thing.
