I really enjoyed my apartment, it was clean, new appliances, top floor, balcony, fireplace and full size washer/dyer. Its the leasing consultants that put Bent Tree in the gutter. The Asst Manager doesnt know her head from her.........In fact I received a letter from an attorney saying I didnt pay my rent and I was going to be put out in 5 days. Problem is I paid my rent and I never got an apology. When I called to say that I received a notice the womnan who answered treated me like I had leperacy. They are rude and VERY unprofessional!!! EXTREMELY SLOW WITH ANSWERING QUESTIONS/PROBLEMS AND MAKE YOU SO UPSET!!!!!!!
