I will surely recommend people against Bent Tree. The management is horrible. They are some of the most inhospitable people I have seen. The apartments are decent, but any requested maintainence takes forever. Then there is always some or the other work that is going on and the management does not care if it routinely disturbs tenants. The rents also are jacked up every year by upto max allowed under law and the management is inconsiderate even for people who have lived there for nearly 3 years. Gym is poorly maintained.

I am looking forward for moving out of this place.
