I am a reisdent at Bent Tree for the past three years, I have read these rating and not very please with what I've read. As a resident I have not experience this at all. As for Sharon she is a wonderful person always remember your name and will say hello. We are all human and I know that we all have our day. To put her out there like that is unreasonable because she is only human, dealing with people from different walks of life is hard to please everyone. The management and maintenance staff are courteous and responsive.
