I have "lived' at Bent Tree for the past year and a half. I honestly don't know how I have managed that long!! Like everyone else I moved in with an incredible "special". However, when I got my renewal letter options, I immediatley felt I was no longer special to them, my rent increased by $400. That is insane! Who can overcome that much increase in rent. Needless to say I had to go for the six month lease which was more!! because I just could not commit to that price for a year.

The staff leaves somehting to be desired. Jennifer' is the rudest person I have ever met!! No only does she project an attitiude of not caring buit she is very unprofessional looking for a manager''

If you have the option, and you do , stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
