They are really nice to get you in the door, but after that forget it.

The management does not have a can-do attitude. Everytime there is a problem they try to make excuses. Customer service here is a joke.

Bent Tree does not hold up it's bargain. I pay a lot for rent and I expect to get great service. They are always saying that this place is old... that I do not know how to operate my thermostat... that the water presure can not be fixed... that I should have a plunger for my toilet.. there are many things...

My wife and I feel captive to this place. Stay away and you will be happy.
