We have been at this apartment complex for a few years now. I have not been impressed with the structure of the complex nor with its so called customer service. We have had to make numberous calls to get the AC unit fixed this past summer - in the dead heat. It has finally been fixed, but now we can not get the AC to turn off. It is constantly 60 degrees in our apartment - like an igloo... We have received letters stating that our safety is our concern not the concern of the apartment complexes. Do we not pay them enough to at least attempt to make us feel safe' We have children and pets.... Take it upon yourself to move in, but do so at your own risk.
