A starter place, that's all...

I moved into the complex in the summer of '05 and was ready to leave after a few months. As to the maintenance personnel, they have always completed the repairs I requested in a timely manner. Tim, from resident services, is extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about the tenants. The office staff isn't as bad as others have commented, although at times they are not all on the same page.
One of the worst parts about the complex is the lack of a decent cable provider. Telemedia is a joke, and if you are unfortunate enough to have an apartment that won't get a dish signal, it's either them or nothing.
The noise level is another issue. Undertandably, apartment dwellers have to expect some noise now and then, but I was sandwiched between two people who played music at all hours (and all levels). It finally ended with a phone call to the police (after trying the neighborly approach). The insulation between apartments on the same floor is fine, but above and below is not.
For the price, you could do a lot better if you take the time to look around. I'd recommend it as a starter place and nothing more.
