My wife and I are in the process of researching prospect apartments and we came across Bent Tree Circle. We know 2 families that live there and they had already advised us strongly to pass Bent Tree. But we wanted to see for ourselves.
When we entered we were asked by a staff member to wait a few minutes and that he or Tiffany would show us a 2-bedroom apartment. We arrived there a little before 4 pm on Saturday and we sat there and waited for over half an hour. I did notice that they male staff member who had told us to wait just sat there in his office (doing nothing) Then Tiffany came to us with a fake smile and seemingly annoyed and told us that she wuldn't show us around for they were to close the office HALF AN HOUR later. When I told her that we were told to wait there she told us we should perhaps come back some other time! For me this told me enough to conclude my opinion of the staff who seemed very unprofessional and now could understand why our friends who live there and are counting the days so they can end their lease and move on, were fed up with the place and the staff.
Besides that I did walk around on the complex and noticed that the grounds were dirty and poorly maintained. Also the window frames seemed cracked up and loose. And while we were waiting we saw raoches crawling on the ground.
