Ive lived at Bent Tree for about 4 years now and I'm finally moving out. The rent has finally gone up so much I can no longer afford it. That's one downfall is the rent goes up quite a bit every year. Parking is pretty horrible, I come home sometimes at 6pm and there isn't a spot to be found, that's super annoying. Maintenance is not so great. At first they were really prompt with fixing things, but when my toilet broke and was running 24/7 it took them weeks to come fix it. I had to call 3 times to complain that they still hadn't come...my water bill was sky high! I do enjoy my apartment because I have a loft and it's very different from most other layouts. The office staff is ok, there seems to be a lot of turnover which I guess is normal in this area of work. I've had good neighbors and I've had bad neighbors, but this just comes with apartment living...not Bent Trees fault at all. I guess since I've lived there for 4 years it couldn't have been too bad, but I ran the place there are some things I would change.
