I will have to agree with several other postings on the situation with the staff... They are VERY unhelpful, rude, and never want to help. The ONLY person who is willing to help you with your needs is Time the REsident Manager.
On to the bathroom-- we have lived here for 9 months and had 4 seperate instances with our toilet being clogged. We come home and find water in our bathroom floor out of nowhere. When we leaveve the toilet is fine and when you come home the toilet is full of someone else's urine & fesces... UGH! The maintenace men come each time and tell us REPEATEDLY that it is something in the pipe line and not in OUR toilets... they even went to the extent to take the toilet up and give us a new one... BUT WE STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM!
If you don't live on the top floor.... GOOD LUCK!!! We have a person above us that has to weigh A LOT because we can here her in EVERY room she goes in and we can even hear her sit down on her toilet! Also, we can hear the springs in her bed at night when she moves.
And PARKING..... if you don't get home from work till after 6 p.m. GOOD LUCK finding a place to park. There is always different cars in the lot every evening in front of our apartment.
Safety--- There is oil in the garbage area of the property that has leaked out of containers from people changing oil in their cars since we have lived here. What if someones dog gets in that' Very bad for environment. Nobody has EVER attemtped to clean it up.
THANKFULLY we are just counting the days until our lease is up and we can move into OUR OWN HOUSE!!!
