I've lived here for about a month now and i like it. I haven't seen any roaches yet or mice. Its as quiet as i would expect it to be. It's an apartment. I say if you want privacy and copmlete silence you buy a house. The staff was nice i could tell they really wanted me to rentt, but i like it so far. I also work in a community in VA and if you really want to avoid roaches and mice stay off the bottom floors if you are on the top it's alot easier to keep them out your apt. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

My vehicle was towed from your apartment complex on the 21st of March at 11:35PM. I stopped by to drop off some items for my friend and by the time I got back to where I parked around 11:45PM my vehicles was missing. I was there for less than 30 minutes and I wasn't too concerned that my car would have been towed since there was no signs for towing on the parking spot nor the entrance. I wasted $150 and few hours to recover my vehicle due to your predatorial scam. Thank you for making the decision for me not to sign a lease with Bench Tree apartments since I was in the market of finding a new place.
