I have lived here since 2005 and still present through 2008. Three years total. Anywho, I found this to be the best place to live for an apartment living experience. I am extremely picky when it comes to apartment living, so take my advice from me. I have great luck with management and staff of the leasing office. They have been wonderful. This has gone under new management right at the time I moved in and they are doing everything they can to keep this place nice. They are picky about making sure appearence is appealing. Some people complain the staff is rude, but it's how you approach them is what matters. If you approach them demanding and in a negative tone, of course you will be wasting their time. They have 1,000 tenants to manage. As long as you are respectful to them and kind, I get everything I need with in two days of service, most of the time with in 24 hours. Sometimes they have been sluggish and that is because they are working on getting new maintenence crews. I know the leasing office pretty well. Apartments are in good condition. I have never experienced any maufunctions out of the three years, except dryer belt broke, but hey things break sometimes. It was repaired with in a day. I have never experienced any flooding. The trash area was out of control for awhile, you couldn't place it in the compacter because people were lazy and couldn't put it in theirselves. Management were quick on their feet to maintain that. Management placed a warning sign that "If you are caught leaving your bags outside you will be fined -Please keep our grounds clean." I find that substantial for the lazy people around. It has not been a problem since those signs are up now. At first when I moved in here, you couldn't get good cable. It depended on where you were located in the neighborhood if you could get satellite or not. I couldn't so I was stuck on static for awhile. I don't mind because not a big TV person. They provided their service of cable company, but my neighbors said don't get it because those monsterous satellites only provide 3 channels. So, if you are a TV person, sports person, you don't have to worry about that anymore. Eventually they broke their contract by PAYING them out and got Cox Cable to come in and Verizon to come in with in the 2nd year of my living here. Most complexes won't go that stretch to satisfy their tenants. I was pleased and shocked to see their eagerness to make a big costly change like that.
The grounds are pretty and nature is pretty out here. Until that was people would not pick up after their pets. For some time you could not walk anywhere without expecting to come home with doo doo on your shoe. I have a dog so I pick up after mine for respect. It started to get smelly because of owners who wouldn't pick up after their pet when signs to do so were already posted. Management fixed that quickly posting fine signs and more areas with bags for your dog's poo and pet corner baskets. Now the grounds are pretty again and have been staying that way. Basically I am stating that when there is a problem they fix it. They don't let it sit there.
The only issue I have is parking. At night, can be a challenge. The benefit is there is no assigned parking so 90% of the time you will find one if you don't mind parking away a few blocks. None of my visitors have had problems parking here either. The other thing I like is there is no towing1!! Only if your tags are expired then they will tow. Other than that, peachy for your guests and you.

Noise is not bad. I do have a neighbor who has an annoying barking dog, but you get use to it. Other than that, you don't hear anyone throwing parties or your neighbors routines. Occasional someone in the parking lot being obnocious, but only lasts for a few seconds. I find it very quite here.

The only major problem I have is the roaches that decided to live with me.. Leasing office is convinced I caused the problem. Hmmph, so much for knowing them pretty well huh' They state no one else has a problem. I highly doubt that. With my letter of complaint on them getting it in control threat in writing, they were quick to act. It still is a problem and I'm calling upper management team.
Other than that,
I recommend this to anyone for an adequate apartment living experience!
I love how I feel safe here. I recommend this place to anyone! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Wait until you move out, the longer you live there the more you pay in damages.

My vehicle was towed from your apartment complex on the 21st of March at 11:35PM. I stopped by to drop off some items for my friend and by the time I got back to where I parked around 11:45PM my vehicles was missing. I was there for less than 30 minutes and I wasn't too concerned that my car would have been towed since there was no signs for towing on the parking spot nor the entrance. I wasted $150 and few hours to recover my vehicle due to your predatorial scam. Thank you for making the decision for me not to sign a lease with Bench Tree apartments since I was in the market of finding a new place.
