We came here to see our daughter who lives at Bent Tree and we were extremely impressed and the scam these guys have going here. We thought that the tow trucks in VA. Beach were quick. We parked our car at 9:50pm and went up to see our daughter who lives on the fourth floor. We go there, she let us in, we got the parking pass, and when I got back downstairs our car was gone. Our daughter told us it was most likely towed so we went to the office to get the number to the towing company and guess what, there wasn't anything at the office that tells you who the tow company is or who to call to get your car back or anything. Our daughters boyfriend ran around the parking lots and he finally found a number. We called and were told that yes our car was towed and that we had to go out to Chantilly to get our car back and that someone would meet us there in 45 minutes to 1 hour (by this time it is 10:30). So our daughter drives us out there and someone finally showed up at 11:30 and it only cost us $150.00 to get our car back. So if you know someone here at Bent Tree do yourself a favor and make copies of their parking pass so you aleways have one in your car because in the amount of time it will take you to walk to your friends apartment, get the visitor pass, and return to your car the car could be towed. Oh and by the way we know it was only 5 minutes because when we picked up our car the time stamp on the paperwork says it was towed at 9:55pm. Another thing, don't waste yyour time calling the emergency number, all you get is a recording.

I am so sorry. My husbands car was towed TWICE when we lived there when they were "working on the parking lot." The tow trucks sat there just waiting...sad. He was able to get into the office because it was during the daytime..and score one for our side. You could hear him OUTSIDE the office...he was tearing into them something crazy. Needless to say, for the remainder of the time we lived there..if the office staff ever needed to speak with us...they called ME. Cowards.

I agree. The parking is RIDICULOUS. They start towing promptly at 8pm as the previous post states, no warning or sign up. Plus- you're only given ONE visitor pass per apartment. The hours either need to be later or the more than one visitor pass need to be given to each apartment.
