I couldn't wait until my lease was up! I do not appreciate paying 1,020. per month for a 680 sq ft box with old and unreliable appliances, for example it takes 2-3 hours to dry a load of towels, the washing machine sounds like it is going to take off like a rocket, the dishwasher is absolutely worthless, and the hot water heater is enough to make one quite mad. You get 10 - 15 minutes to take a shower even if you haven't used any hot water all day!
To make things worse, you can't walk out the back or the front without stepping in dog poop. The dumpsters are almost always overflowing, and the smell is enough to make you gag.
The maintenance team leaves much to be desired, when they do come to fix something they leave a huge mess. The rest of the time, at least once a month they want to enter the apartment for something else - such as to spray under the kitchen sink for bugs. Vacuum behind the stove change air vents every 2 months - why can't they do all of this at once' Instead of seperate trips for each small thing'
The management both in the office and at Tramwell Crow are rude and snobbish. They don't care if you are happy or not once you are trapped in the lease. The turnover rate is huge! That just makes them more money in deposits, because you will never and I mean never get your deposit back. Things are built to fall apart there and to them nothing is normal wear and tear - even if the unit is 10 years old!
You will pay high utilities here because the apartments are drafty and not anywhere near energy efficient. You can hear every move our neighbors make. They are very poorly constructed.
Although when you look at the grounds and see all the pretty trees and the pond and the nice remodeled office it looks great - it definitley had me fooled, but within a month - I knew better, it was just too late.
