I have been living at Bent Tree since April 2009, and I really don't have any complaints. Our initial impression was a good one, the staff was friendly and the overall community looked very nice and clean. We had liked the fact that the apartment looked and was new. (recently remodeled kitchen). My husband and I have never had a pest problem and continue not to have one. Our A/C had a problem and it was fixed the same day. The amenities are great: pool, gym, jacuzzi, tennis court, volleyball, and computer room. There is always parking, but be careful with towing, as they will tow right away at 8pm. I would recommend these apartments to other happy couples with kids as myself and my family. Daniela

I'd have to disagree with you. While Bent Tree doesn't look so bad, and the apartment are fairly new in model the management is awful. I just moved into Bent Tree a few months ago. I moved from a townhouse with 3 other girls. Both the townhouse and Bent Tree Apartments use Fairfax Water. In the townhouse with three girls I was paying approximately 70.00 every 3 months for water and sewage. Now living in a ONE BEDROOM apartment by myself Bent Tree charges me on average $40 a month for water and sewage. When you try to dispute it or even ask for proof (ie. a meter read) you're left with endless transfers to voicemail and no response. I truly believe they are making a SICK profit on everyone??s water and sewage and frankly it makes me sick. I do not recommend these crooks to anyone. Not to mention my first work order took TWO weeks to complete.
