Not worth it...

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
The service is so bad even when there are issues with AC and Heat in Winter and Summer, they do nothing about it , they come and do a sham exercise and nothing gets fixed.. You will end up paying a higher electric bill ( around $60 more than what you would usually pay).. Better avoid the aparments.. You can forget about your deposit and will end up paying them when you leave
