I lived at the Elms for two years and will be moving out in August. I have been very, very pleased with my experience here -- never a problem with parking, the leasing staff is really helpful and nice. The pool is very nice and the new fitness center is also pretty cool (although I miss the racquetball court a lot).

We never heard any noise from passing traffic, but we did find that our downstairs neighbors were very loud (we live on the top floor), they are constantly slamming their doors and I once woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of our neighbor snoring. Other than that, we had no noise problems at all...very happy and very sad to leave this place!
