Do NOT live here!

My husband and I lived at The Elms with no real problems, save for our cars being towed 'accidentally' instead of other cars in our lot. That is, until we decided to not renew our lease. You have to provide 60 days written notice--- we had to pay and extra month and a prorated part of the last month. Apparently their formula for prorated is the rent plus 10% and the montly fees associated (like $10 trash). So we ended up having pay an arm and a leg to get out of our lease with lots of loop holes, red tape and people being less than understanding about it (and or rude).
If you know ahead of time your schedule if you have to relocate for a job, etc. and can give more than 2 months notice, take your chances. But personally, I would go somewhere else. The hassle just isn't worth it.
