My wife and I have lived at the Elms at Centreville for almost a year now and we will never rent another apartment again! The neighbors upstairs are loud and violate their lease and the office does nothing about it! All the water pipes were scheduled to be replaced and no one told us before we signed the lease so there were people in and out of out apartment all day without us being here! parking sucks, the spaces are too narrow and people are always parking on the line so your car gets all kinds of dings because people just hit your car with their doors! The trash compactor is always over filled and the trash is sitting on the side of the road in front of the compactor in a huge pile! This is the first apartment WE have ever rented and I will NEVER rent an apartment again! Too bad We didn't find out you can rent a townhouse for $200 a month less than The Elms it is a total rip off!
