I moved in here 5 months before and I am constantly amused and amazed at the excellent customer service from the entire Management and Maintenance team. The Staff ( headed by Cristine, Gloria, Denise, Andrea, Kara and Carlos ) are most friendly and wonderful people. One almost feels as if one is coming back home, as one walks into the Management Office. The staff are most amicable,good-humored and exceedingly polite and kind all the time.
The very few occasion, I had some minor issues in my Apt, the maintenance staff was very prompt and attended to the problem, instantly with in hours of reporting. It almost seems as if they are constantly improvising their service standards.
Very Clean neighborhood,serene, calm, peaceful surroundings and all in all, is the most pleasant experience I ever had living in this country in the past 7 years.
