This apartment complex is absolutely miserable. The staff is absolutely horrible.
Bugs infested apartments...noise complaints are never resolved. Fire hazards all over the place...the balconies need to be fixed, and crime or reports of crime seem to not bother management.
Parking is herendous. I see cars that don't even belong to tenants or neighbors in the lot constantly requiring people who live there to park far from their own homes. Vans and other broken down veichles sit in the lot for months without moving from their spot....just ridiculous.
The worst is when people come speeding by in the parking lot at 30-40 MPH when you are trying to walk across to your car. I have seen childern almost get run over time and time again.
Mangement has stated they were going to put speed bumps everywhere, over and over again' WHERE ARE THEY' IT'S BEEN OVER A YEAR SINCE LAKESIDE PROMISED THIS.....ARE YOU WAITING FOR A LAWSUIT AND DEATH BEFORE YOU FIX THIS PROBLEM'''''
MOVING OUT AND CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!
