I have lived at Lakeside for about two years now and I have to tell you, Just about everything I have been reading by the other residents is right on the money. Things tend to break or stop working in the apartment; it happens no matter where you live. But, this place: don't even bother calling to get it fixed. THEY WILL NOT FIX IT. You can call, beg, and plead with them: IT WILL NOT GET DONE. Crime is ridiculous. They will break into your car. I've known of a few cars and a motorcycle even being stolen. The walls are paper-thin and it is true it will cost you about $150 extra a month in your electric bill to heat the place. Even then, one room will be really hot and the other will be freezing. But what really irks me are the posting on here from 10/12, 10/10, and 9/21! I know, I live here, and there is NOOOO way that those were posted by anyone other then management office! All the others are right on the money but those. They even sound like they are from the same person. Who would actually go through and list every person on the lakeside staff by name' Who would even know the whole staff by name, especially the maintenance guy, no one EVER sees him'! And saying that they are all friendly' A few of them are, that's true, but not all of them. A few of the people that work there are just down right mean. Anyone who says they are all nice is flat out lying. Period. I live here, I know! I think it's pitiful that they would post false ratings like that to the general public. Honestly, it's down right embarrassing. Since it seems clear to me that you guys (lakeside staff) are reading this let me ask you something: Don't you guys have more important things to do with your time than post your sorry reviews on the internet, like I don't know, FIX SOMETHING' aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
