This place is the absolute worst place I have ever lived in, bar none... I cannot wait to get out of my lease--thank God I have a military clause and can break it early, penalty free.

Where to start.

Obnoxious neighbors making noise at all hours of the day and night--no one does anything about the noise, and you can hear EVERYTHING that goes on EVERYWHERE, since the construction is awful.

The appliances are wretched--the dishwasher doesn't rinse, the dryer doesn't dry (my favorite repair call thus far was to fix the dryer when the maintenance guy told me it was just 'energy efficient'--having to dry things 4 times is efficient'!), the ice maker breaks, the stove is cheap, the garbage disposal constantly breaks.

The walls are painted in the cheapest paint, they scratch and mar easily. The sinks leak constantly, or else plug up immediately, or for added fun, do both! (This typically requires 4 or 5 maintenance calls to fix)

Fire hazards, galore! I have a broken light fixture in my front closet, it's literally dangling from its wires and has been for MONTHS... The maintenance guy arrived to tell me there were no lights blinking in my bedroom closet. Helpful indeed.

The windows might as well not exist--I covered them with sheets of plastic myself, and those sheets literally blow in during a strong breeze... The electric bill WITH my self insulation is still ridiculously high, the worst I've ever paid for any apartment.

The sinks are chipped and rusting, the cabinets are falling apart...

The people in the management office are a bunch of idiots. They can't keep anything straight, maintenance requests, nothing. One person, who left, gave out the key to our apartment to prospective tenants to show as a model unit after we moved in!

I can't say enough bad about this place, honestly. Don't live here, you will truly regret it! It looks nice from the outside, but inside, it's just not worth it.
