Outcry Noise Becomes Rampart!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Purposely, returned to live at Lakeside, thought of it as a beautiful, quiet, and safe property. Now, my outcry over recent horrible noise situations, has become a constant reminder of some of the worst areas I grew-up in, in the south, in the 1960's and 70's. Planning a strong protest to management, today, May 18, 2005.
