My husband and I lived there and the staff was very nice when we first moved in, however as time went on they just seemed kind of annoyed when we would call in something that needed to be fixed or stop by to get a package. The windows leaked everytime it rained and when we would call the office to ask for it to be fixed they would tell us it was a problem with the building and nothing ever happened except our carpets smelled from the mold. My husband even went into complain to the Manager after I got pregnant and she told him the same thing in a very rude and dismissive tone! She promised to keep us updated but we never heard from any of their staff! My husband and I also felt uncomfortable about the fact that we kept hearing about gang members in the neighborhood, and way to much police activity!! I'm glad to say we moved out and now live in a leak free apartment in Leesburg with our baby who is not having to suffer allergies from mold underneath our carpets!!

We had the exact same problem with our windows there! A stream of water would flow in during every rain storm. We lived there almost 2 years, and every time we complained, they would tell us that the structure needed repair "when the weather was better." The weather was not good in 2 years!?
