I've going on my second year at Lakeside Apartments. Maintenance comes every few months to change our filter and if you have any requests, you can leave them a note. Once, I left them a note requesting to change the hallway light bulb. They responded to my note that normally tenants change the hallway lightbulbs but they did it for me anyway. Also, once after a night out, I came home at 1 A.M. to a disturbing smell that seemed to come from my vents. I called maintence and they were at my apartment within 10 minutes! At 1:10 AM! They also came back the next morning just to be sure the smell had gone. (By the way, it ended up that the smell was coming from the apt. above me but that is another story.)
Lakeside is a beatiful property that they keep well maintained. I can say that I do not enjoy dealing with the people in the Leasing office. They aren't well trained and no one seems to know what's going on. If you have one question, each person you talk to will have a different answer. Outside of that, I have truly enjoyed my time at Lakeside.
