1st, they were nasty with customer service
2nd, they advertise two jacuzzies and none are operating. When we asked them when they would fix it, they said they never would. They didn't say it nice either.
3rd, watch out for their specials. They will try and go back on it.
Their is a whole lot more. They charge you as much as possible for a normal size apartment and all those neat extras, they aren't true....
