My first complaint about this place are the paper-thin ceilings. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does. The worst thing being the extremely loud popping sound the pipes make whenever he runs water in the bathroom sink. He gets up at 5am every morning and turns on the water and technically my wake-up time is 6 am. Needless to say I lose an hour's sleep everyday. My second complaint concerns the management staff. They are snooty and take their time getting around to sending someone to fix things. And when someone does finally come, they do a horrible job. I had a leak in my bathroom sink and after they so called fixed it, I ended up with sputtering water. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place.
