We've lived there coming up on 2 years, and our experience has gone down hill each month that we stay. The beautiful scenery brought us to the community, but our experience has been everything but beautiful. Upon placing requests for things to be fixed, it takes months for them to respond. If you do want them to fix it, you have to call everyday for a week before they will come out. They come in for routine maintenance to replace the air filters, but they did not put a new filter in. The heat is loud inside the apartment, and even though we're on the second floor, you can hear the units running loudly from outside as well. It would impossible to sleep in the second bedroom. The appliances in the kitchen don't work well at all. We have to wash the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, and our oven doesn't close tightly. The air from the downstairs apartment comes up to our apartment leaving a stale second hand smoke smell in our entrance and bathrooms. The office personal is not always pleasant. It depends on who you talk to. We may leave before our lease is up because of how dissatisfied we are.
