Horrible, Awful, a TERRIBLE experience!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
This was the worst place I have ever lived. We had
A. Bugs
B. Crickets
C. Broken Appliances
D. NO HEAT during a snow storm
E. Peeper in my roommates window
This place is awful and NO ONE should pay to live in such a terrible environment. I constantly visited the leasing office and constantly received ZERO customer service. We did not have heat during the third worst snowstorm in VA's history. I walked my butt down there and wouldn't leave until someone came to our apartment! Then it was fixed for 3 days before it broke again. The heating and A/C bill were outrageous. Whatever you do...Keep Looking!
