Listen to what everyone is saying and don't move here. Rent and electric are way too expensive and it's rapidly turning into an hispanic ghetto. Car break-ins and vandalism and gang activity. It's just not worth it. And to top it off, the management and maintenance staff are horrible. The maintenance crew ALMOST ALWAYS does a terrible job fixing things and the management staff have dismissed every noise complaint we've had. And believe me, if you move to there, you will have A LOT of noise problems because the walls are paper thin. Please look elsewhere.
