I have now sought Legal Counsel concerning this issue. It is time to move on. I will be out of Lakeside, by the 15 th of September, 2006. You can dress up a pig, but when it comes to the slaughter house, you still get bacon.
Until Bozzuto Management changes the way they do business concerning Lakeside Apartments, I can not recommend that anyone move into this complex. For those of you that are already here, if Bozzuto Management does not hold up their part of your lease, break it and move on.
For the residents that are concerned about being forced to put Bozzuto Management as Co-Insured on your renters insurance, do not let this worry you. According to the Virginia State Insurance Commission, and I quote, They are just fooling themselves, it might work in Maryland, but it will not work in Virginia.
